Hi,

I run a search engine wyszuk.pl that works very slowly, a blogging platform, a service that hosts uploaded files, a press agency, an online tv, geolocalisation services, ticket-sale- services, and over a 100 of news aggregators, and many more websites.

I run it everything by myself. It is a one-man business. There is even completely no one employed - there are zero workers at the company, as it runs automatically. No employees at all!

I do protest about the cost of ACTA-2 regulations, which in my opinion amount to approx. 200 million Euro for me alone. I believe this regulations are intended to create artificial market entry barriers, especially the proposed content filters that we have to install, mentioned in Article 13, that would cost me probably about 0,2 - 0,4 billion PLN to implement.

Estimations of the total cost of the ACTA2- regulations (proposed "link tax")

Estimated investment costs: 600-800 mln PLN.

pobieżne szacunki kosztów nowych regulacji tzw. Acta2 i "podatku od linków" dla mojej wyszukiwarki, agregatorów treści, hostingów plików, sieci społ.:

koszt administracyjny uzgodnienia opłat licencyjnych z wydawcami w przypadku wyszukiwarki treści prasowych: licząc koszt administracyjny 40 PLN od jednej umowy (sam koszt obróbki dokumentów) to ok 200 tys. PLN,

szacunek opłat licencyjnych za leady/ snippety tekstu: ok. 1 mln PLN,

szacunek opłat za wdrożenie filtrów czy dana treść uploadowana na moje portale hostingu plików nie narusza praw autorskich: od 100 do 200 mln PLN

plus koszt serwerowni na bazy danych wszystkich treści objętych prawami autorskimi (co sprowada się do wykonania kopii całej sieci Internet): 1-5 mln rocznie.

Koszt uzgodnienia opłat licencyjnych przy pełnej wyszukiwarce treści od wszystkich podmiotów praw autorskich: ok. 20 mln PLN,

koszt opłat praw autorskich za snippety tekstu/ miniaturki grafiki użyte w wyszukiwarce: ok. 300 mln PLN.
