Road rage in Poland / Kultura drogobójstwa w Polsce

In Poland we have a culture of road rage. Most of Polish people grow up in this culture and hence they might be ruthless and violent when driving a car. Poland is number one or two in Europe when it comes to pedestrian deaths per capita. There was a research done by MIT that Poles tend to give the lowest priority to pedestrians in the whole Europe. In my Polish hometown in my area some streets do not have pavements and city authorities refused multiple times to build pavements for pedestrians. As a pedestrian in Poland you have to be very careful as some drivers intentionally try to hurt You or force You to give them priority on the pedestrian crossing. Pedestrians in Poland have to wear special reflective clothing when walking outside of the urbanised area. Recently once more there was a case in Wrocław/ Breslau that a car driver tried to intentionally kill a cyclist. He hit him once and then he drove him over with his car. This is a car culture or road culture in Poland.
